does that trickling keep you up at night?  ;D

hey is it OK to control the flow out of the Iwaki pump?  I have one of those but Its got too much power for my over flow and I was worried It would hurt the pump to valve it.  I'll have to cut down the pressure by maybe 30%.  What you think?

lol actually it pretty quiet whats funny if i don't hear the water moving or anything from the tank i won't fall alseep idkw. To your question yes you can turn it down i have two of these pumps i switch them out every few months just to give one a rest but when i first got them i had both install and they where to fast for my wet/dry so i used the valve to slow them down.
