Just wanted to see what kind of photo editing software ppl are using. I know photoshop is great but very expensive. Has anyone used Gimp before

Yea im to cheap to buy a mac i build my computers haha. I hope to have a mac one day though.

I've had lots of experience with GiMP, and some with PS. iPhoto does mighty well also

GiMP quite honestly can be just as powerful as PS, but it's not as user friendly as PS. It'll do everything that it does though... for free
For a while I was actually using both, because I knew how to do things in GiMP that I didn't know how to do in PS.
