I am not using the LED or the filter that came with the tank I am using a Fluval 306 and HO 48watt fixture, with the old live rock from the 10 gallon and the coral. I also have a new skimmer for the tank. \\I will have two clowns mated pair and two Scott's fairy wrasse. Male and Female. There beautiful

I will be painting the back to mask the wall behind , I am not sure if I should do black or blue , black is elegant and blue is deep , what do you guys think ??

awesome.  looking forward to watching this baby grow.

how attached are you to that crushed coral?  for me, its been sort of the one mistake I wish I never made.  Especially if you like sand sifting fish.

What is the draw back . I did not like the 0.1 mm sand it got stirred up by the fish and clouded the tank fast I didnt like it in the ten gallon. Any ideas , It is still dry, no water in the tank. I wanted to go bare bottom but I thought it wasnt good for the tank. what do you think ?/???/

BB is great except we like sand.  If you can bare the sight of BB, go for it.  Crush coral gets dirty fast and sand sifters cant sift it easily

I ordered a koralia 750 for good flow, I think from what i got from the ten gallon this is a better way to go, why are you going BB ? Is there any reason other than the look ??

i'm going BB because it stays clean and I can have power heads blowing at the rock from all sorts of angels without having to worry about sand blowing everywhere.  My sand is so nasty right now its gross 8)
