Is it possible to imbed Vimeo https://vimeo.com files here?

eg.

Its pretty easy. 
1) Right click on the video and copy embed code. 
2) paste imbed code in message box.
3)  Put html tags around it. 
Example:  [h t m l] embed code goes here [/ h t m l] (there are no spaces when you type html)
